home theater system, lcd hdtv I long ago discovered how addictive it can be to upgrade a home theater system. I consider the home theater to be anything that increases the pleasure of watching the LCD HDTV. It could be a gaming console to HD cord for laptop connection to a new subwoofer. There are so many awesome home audio/video products online, I could literally buy something new every month for years, if I had that kind of cash.

I have been considering a new subwoofer because mine isn’t hitting those real low lows felt in most action movies. I can definitely feel it when the sub level is turned up but there is no middle ground. It is either turned way down and not very noticeable or turned way up and sort of sloppy. I have found a few nice looking replacements for very good prices online. Ideally, I want a ten inch because my home theater system is setup in a pretty small room. Anything bigger would be overkill. Don’t think the neighbors would appreciate it if my bass was rattling the plates of their kitchen shelves. Then again they do love to play their music loud on weekday afternoons.
