lcd hdtv, home theater systemI should have known as soon as I heard the little boy’s name was Flacon that his parents had a few screws loose but it was hard to side with unsubstantiated reports that the Balloon Boy’s family had indeed made up a story to garner publicity. Seen in the interview below, little Falcon tells the media exactly what is on his mind, “We did this for a show.” I saw this the other morning while watching my LCD HDTV and immediately did one of those head tilts dogs do when they are listening to something. Even after, I still thought, well it is a little kid and maybe he just doesn’t know what he is saying.

 

Should have went with my gut because this is just another family ready to exploit their children for five minutes of fame. The reality LCD HDTV epidemic has really exposed all those desperate families ready to sell off their dignity for a payday. The second time I watched the interview above with the home theater system turned up it really is blatantly obvious this dad is just making stuff up. These people will have their day in court. It’s hard to make up stories when so many people are watching over crisp LCD HDTVs and analyzing everything said. Nice try guys.
