Husband Gets a New Camera Accessory Each Christmas |

Since the holidays are not far off, I decided to get a head start and ordered this Canon Speedlit 220EX Flash Light for my husband who has always wanted a flash light for his Canon digital camera. He loves his camera and wants to be able to get more light on the subject so he can take pictures in dark conditions and get more depth and width of illumination. This Speedlit will illuminate up to 63 feet away, which is pretty good for a camera accessory that doesn't weight much. The price was reasonable, too, so I know he'll be absolutely thrilled with it. I bought it at Mye Emporium, found at http://www.myeemporium.com.
We go camping a lot and when night falls, he wants to be able to still take pictures of me and the kids sitting around the campfire. This camera accessory will also let us photograph the rare wildlife that might wander into our camping area. Once we were out camping, heard some strange noises, and using the flashlight, saw a bear rummaging through the cooler at the back of the truck on the tailgate. We had our Canon digital camera along, but the flash didn't reach as far as the bear, so we missed that shot. Fortunately, the bear ran off when we started taking pictures and did us no harm.
His other favorite camera accessory is the tripod. When we're camping in the mountains, we often get gorgeous thunderstorms at night and he likes nothing better than mounting the Canon digital camera to the tripod and capturing lightening shots. Some of them are so dramatic. Frankly, I head for the tent, but he heads for an open spot where he can get the best possible shot possible.
He puts his Canon digital camera into a waterproof case so that it won't be damaged by rain. That camera accessory was also a Christmas present. He's had his Canon digital camera for about five years and just loves it. Sometimes I ask him about upgrading it, but he's bonded with it and instead of wanting a new camera, he asks for a new camera accessory instead. I'm fine with that. The camera takes great pictures, he has mastered the software, and he has filled our home with gorgeous pictures he's taken with his camera. Ever since he bought his Canon digital camera, he's been having the time of his life behind the lens, recording family life and beautiful scenery. |
