dvd home theater, lcd hdtv The best Sunday NFL game last night goes to the Minnesota Vikings (vid below) who hosted the Ravens yesterday afternoon. Undefeated, Favre marched onto the field and through the first half dominated Ray Lewis and the Raven defense. My living room DVD home theater was pulsating with the sounds of wild Minnesota fans. Come the third quarter and the Ravens started to look like they were going to narrow the two touchdown gap. Then they did just that. Ray Lewis turned on beast mode sacking Favre after plowing through an open hole and the Viking fans shut their mouths for a few plays. It was weird to have so much fan noise coming over the home theater system and then within a span of 90 seconds see the Ravens get right back in it.

Favre was looking great on the LCD HDTV but the Vikings’ defense collapsed in the fourth allowing the Ravens to take a one point lead. At this point, I thought my Viking win prediction was going down the tubes. I saw the 5-0 streak ending but Minnesota had more heart then that, hitting a field goal with seconds remaining for a one point victory. By this point, the crowd was back behind their boys and roaring over the DVD home theater. What a LCD HDTV game.
