There are so many different usages that I have been finding that I can get out of my DVD home theater and this time around, it actually has to do with my wife getting this awesome new HD mini DV camcorder – the SANYO Xacti VPC-CG9 Digital Camcorder - 16:9 - 2.5" Active Matrix TFT Color LCD – that she has just been all trigger happy about; and who can blame her, this new DV min camcorder that she has is really sweet and just loaded with features, so I can easily understand why she adores using it so much. Then she likes to take the finished footage and edit it on our home computer so she can burn a DVD and pop it into our DVD home theater and watch the replays.

I was sitting in my room, door closed with the home theater system cracking out some of my favorite electronic and hip-hop hits while looking through a couple of new magazines. As far as I knew, no one was home to care about the sound pulsating through my bedroom walls. It was around 9 at night and everything was going great. There is beauty all around us. Sometimes it is disguised behind yellow construction tape and a handful of hard hats making their daily wage working for the city, as was the case the other day while I was driving through downtown. Sitting in traffic adjacent to a new hotel/shopping hybrid getting closer to completion week after week now has my full attention. The way the sparks are falling past a welder hanging six stories up, off the girder is surprisingly calming. I’m sure the construction worker melding metal supports together before the sun falls behind the hazy horizon feels the same way.

It may be extremely loud below with the sirens, pedestrians chatting away and people laying on their horns, frustrated from yet again being late for 6 o’clock dinner but this person is in his own world, dangling above it all as the sparks dance from his shielded blowtorch. Honking reminds me traffic is moving again.

Ever since getting a Canon digital camera, I have been noticing beauty in the most random places. I didn’t have a camera before this one but still loved photography. I put my favorite photos on the LCD HDTV in my bedroom as a screen saver. I have a portable Canon digital camera, great for snapping shots of stills but not the best for professional style photos.

Well what started out as a terrible year for the Phoenix Suns has really turned around. They have gone on a four game win streak after beating the Nuggets seen in the LCD HDTV recap below. With the Sacramento Kings up next on the chopping block, I see this streak continuing on. It is hard to tell why the Suns go in and out of unison. When they are working together and hitting shots, they look like western conference champions. But those games we saw in January, where Nash forced shots, Amare missed easy rebounds and the younger players got too anxious have hurt their presence this year. The Lakers may still be up by 8.5 games in the Pacific but the Suns are showing their still a threat.

I’m a fan through and through. Not living in Phoenix all my support bleeds through the LCD HDTV sitting in the living room unless they are playing the Lakers. In that case, I roll over to a local bar to support the Suns in a sea of Kobe fans. Sports like basketball and football were the main motivators behind buying an LCD HDTV online. I am so excited for a date with my husband on Valentine's Day. We will dress up in our finest clothing and go to the best fine dining restaurant around. I can't wait to get there and enjoy a meal in a romantic atmosphere with my sweetie, the piano playing softly in the corner of the room. The food is delicious and the company will be even better. After our dinner date, we will come home to our empty house because the kids will still be at the sitter's house. There is nothing better then making some popcorn at night, flipping on the LCD HDTV and watching an intense murder mystery. This genre had me the first time I saw The Unusual Suspects. Backed behind a DVD home theater these kinds of movies keep me at the edge of my seat the entire time. It is hard to look away when there is the possibility of getting a glimpse at who done it.

We were watching the classic Se7en with Brad Pitt last night and man some of the scenes like at the very end had the hair on my arm standing straight up because of the DVD home theater. When he chases the killer into the city alley way when it is raining and the guy jumps down from on top the truck, knocking Pitt to the ground, it is pretty startling stuff. A movie is great when you feel for the character. This thriller definitely did that and better then before because now I have a home theater system. Really beats turning up the LCD HDTV internals way up.

About six months ago, I gave my husband a home theater system for his birthday. He had wanted one for several years, and there never seemed to be enough extra cash lying around for a home theater system, so we'd never bought one. Then early last year I received a bonus at work and decided that I'd spend it on a home theater system for my husband. There are some things that just make life better. It is presently a bit too cold outside for my step-grandchildren to go out and play. What’s more my husband and I are trying to watch our spending because we need a lot of things for our house. Upstairs in the main living room of our house we have a wonderful new DVD home theater system and a fifty-two inch LCD HDTV. This makes for a very cool experience when it comes to watching decent movies. There is just one problem. At the time of writing we do not have a sofa to sit on. Hence we have been watching movies on our LCD HDTV from the living room floor and this is starting to get old. The good news is that we just bought a chocolate colored leather sectional sofa in a sale. However we have to have our carpet fitted first so our new sofa cannot be delivered for another couple of weeks. Still now I see a light at the end of the tunnel. I am sincerely looking forward to watching our LCD HDTV in style and comfort. That way I will be able to keep my focus on the movie which is playing via our LCD HDTV and home theater system instead of always having to shift my position in order to remain physically comfortable.

My older brother David is turning 32 years old this coming weekend, and I plan on not missing out on a moment of the fun. I will also be taking my awesome Canon digital camera with me to make sure that I can shoot a photo of every happy smile. We are doing a rock and roll themed birthday party for David, as he has been a happy guitarist for years, even though he is not in any bands anymore, seeing as he is married and has kids. But turning thirty two years old is a big day, and I was able to shop online and find a great deal on a guitar game for the Xbox 360 called Guitar Hero, which I think that David will love! I can’t wait to see him smile wide when he opens up his present. It must be karma from telling my roommates I never get sick because over the past few days the common cold has taken hold of my life. Runny nose, itchy throat, sneezing and the general feeling of being tired, I got all the symptoms. We had a conversation about getting sick and I was the one who said it never happened. Well it did. At the moment, the cold has almost been beat. My LCD HDTV has been a key factor to getting better along with some medicine, chicken noodle soup and vitamins. The cold actually allowed me to make time for a couple movies I’d wanted to see for months now. That is a good thing.

This time of the year, football fans worldwide are counting the hours to end the work week so they can go home and get the DVD home theater ready for some hard hitting action starting tomorrow afternoon. Kicking it off will be the well rested Colts hosting the Baltimore Ravens who surprised everyone when they sent Brady crying home to his mommy. And then there will be an ageless Favre hosting the tough to handle Cowboys before another NFL veteran attempts to command his team in the South.

Rumors are saying this will be Kurt Warner’s last season. If this is true, it is even more reason for us football fans to bunker down in front of the home theater system. Good friends, good beer, greasy food and post season NFL play are some of the best things I can think of at the moment. The NFL playoffs are one of the reasons I bought a LCD HDTV online. In the mornings when I am having breakfast, I can't help but sometimes stop and reflect over the past days and in some cases the last weeks. This morning, as I was having my coffee, I couldn't help but wonder if mom was outside with her new Canon digital camera taking pictures of the blanket of white that fell during the night. Mom is new to digital cameras, but when dad gave her a Canon digital camera for Christmas, she was thrilled. I am always on the hunt for new music. Not necessarily tracks which have just hit the web but songs I have never heard before. The song attached in the video below is not new but it is to my collection. I like it so much because of the unique sound of the lead singer’s voice. She has a very distinctive resonance. I actually first found out about it after playing Guitar Hero over at a friend’s house. As soon as he started to shred the colorful notes flying down for this song on his LCD HDTV I was hooked. I wouldn’t call this song universal but it is hard not to give it a chance. The rock isn’t too hard, lyrics have meaning and the voice is hard to deny.

One of the best things about having a DVD home theater is moments like this, after finding a great new song. It is no wonder why I am addicted to searching out new home theater system components online. They make everything from music to video games such a more lively experience. Mini Camera Accessory Saves Family Photo

This Christmas my mom’s main goal was to get a round of pictures with the whole family. We weren’t about to go to a professional photographer and employed the help of our digital cameras. I brought mine and my brother had his Canon digital camera. We found the perfect place to mount the camera on top of the entertainment center so we could all be in frame in front of the Christmas tree. I tried my camera first. Like most, it has a timer feature. The problem is I couldn’t turn the little light on so we knew when it was about to flash. After about three failed attempts at smiling at a blank face lens my brother went and got a life saving camera accessory.

With his Canon digital camera came a mini tripod. Standing at six or so inches, it created an even better framed picture of us and he could work his self timer feature better then me. He has had his camera for a while and mine is new so there are still things to learn. In the end, the pictures turned out great and my mom was really happy.

Sucked into a LCD HDTV Chick Flick

Last night my girlfriend and I were browsing the new releases before renting one. Everything we wanted to see wasn’t available so I ended up going against my gut and getting a pure chick flick she really wanted to see. I have been surprised by a couple chick flicks I’ve recently watched on the LCD HDTV so had some hope. The movie starred Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds. For however old Sandra Bullock is, she looks amazing. For the first part of the movie, just looking at her kept me interested. On an LCD HDTV, some things just look so good.

Then the movie started to get interesting and I was onboard. What really won me over was the small town Alaskan setting. It looked like a place I really would love to visit. The jokes were sarcastic, which was another plus in my book. Not a life changing movie experience but it turned out to be pretty entertaining. Don’t know if I should tell my girlfriend that or it is the only kind of DVD she will want to put on the LCD HDTV from now on.
